This semi abstract sculpture explores on the very basic idea of communication. The sculpture is about two kids on both ends of the field communicating with one another through the marvelous invention of the tin can telephone. The tin can telephone is a speech-transmitting device made up of two tin cans or similarly shaped items attached to either ends of a taut string or wire. Alexander Graham Bell was inspired by this which soon gave rise to the invention of the mechanical telephone and soon after preceded it.
